XNAUK XAP Test Service Terms and Conditions

Avoiding all the Legal mumbo jumbo, we adhere to the following rules and guidlines:

• We will not distribute or copy and XAP's submitted for testing on this site, all IP is retained by the creator (All rights reserved)
• We suggest you Obfuscate your XAP before submitting to the service, this is not mandatory, however we suggest you try and get into the practice ready for marketplace submission
• We will attempt to test your XAP within one week of submission.  Providing all of us here @ XNA-UK can find the time (busy work scheduled you know!)
• At present this process will remain free for the basic submission and test service.  We reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
• All submissions must be made with fully registered accounts on XNA-UK, if you are having any issues registering, please use the "Contact Us" form on this group stating your request and some information about yourself.
• The standard "NO SPAM" policy is also in effect for this group, any user submitting SPAM or other harmful software will be BANNED with no reprieve.
• Were really nice guys, please don't abuse us ;-)
• If you wish to have your XAP reviewed as an APP or Game, please inform us at the beginning of the submission process (or be very nice to us on a communique) so that we can allocate time for the task (and take notes)
• We reserve the right to really enjoy any good games or apps you submit and will rightly tell everyone if such a situation occurs.  We believe in promoting stuff that really amazes us. (just don't expect every XAP to get this, we are sometimes a fickle bunch)
• If you don't like or don't approve of this service, please leave us alone.  This is an aid to people who want or need this service and we are not pushing or demanding ANYTHING from people who use it.  If you don't want it or don't like it, then don't use it.
• WE WILL NEVER BASH OR SLAM ANY XAP THAT IS PUBLISHED, WE ARE NOT IN THE MARKET TO BE XAP HATERS.  So even if we don't like your xap particularly or it's unfinished we will still test it.  UNLESS IT'S SPAM!!!
