    XNA Games Website

I know there has been mention from time to time of a XNA commuity games list but never has one appeared. The was also XNA arcade wich is a nice idea although it hasn't been taken up enough to warent further development by its creator.

My question is do you think there is a demand for a website listing XNA games?

Im thinking along the lines of a list where people can submit there own XNA projects or others, they can be reviewed and rated (both on game and programming) catagoriesd gamming wise and if they are samples, under development etc.

Do you think it hasnt been done because its catored for on other sites, because there no demand or what...?

So, you plan to cater for PC only or cover all bases, PC, 360 and Zune??

Well atm im just mussing the need over, but yes i don't see why there would be a huge difficulty in catering for all XNA based games. Threre would be restrictuons (not sure about the zune) but you'd need a CC membership to use 360 titles but they could be listed.

How would you ensure people don't put malicious or copyright infringed code up on your site, would be a nightmare to mionitor... Guess you can go with peer review, but would not like to peer review an app that partitioned my hard drive, just because someone thought it might be funny...

    Re: XNA Games Website

yep thats right that would be a problem, I think rather than actually having the code uploaded it would be links to the site or part of the site of the author of the code and then each one would be veted before the submission went live.

the monitoring and veting would be a big problem, also reviews would have to be vetted but im guessing thats an easy thing to do peer review on.

the sort awnser is i had yet to get that far along with the thinking as yet, it would also depend i guess on the volum of traffic
