RandomChaos 3D Engine in XNA 3.0

If you have subscribed to my YouTube Channel (some of you have), then you will know I have started to re-create my 3D engine. I have a most of my blog items in there now ported over to 3.0, but still have a way to go. I am finding, as I integrate my blog components that there are a few "gaps" in them which I am filling as I get them into the engine.

What I will do over my next few posts is start posting up components I have added that I have not put on the blog yet, I already have two I will be posting soon, an Asset Manager and an Audio Manager, I will give more detail on those when I post.

Here are some clips of it so far.

Have fun on that mate! I suppose I should convert all my tuts to 3.0 too. Haven't looked at 3.0 yet hope nothing gets broken like with 2.0.

Demo's are looking good :)

Thanks Kyle,

I should add that the Post Processing component in my 3.0 engine is based (90%) on the sample on his blog. I will post what I have done to it to make it compatible with my engine.

Thanks Kyle.

dzambi,

This engine is not really based on the HM engine, rather what I have been posting here. I am trying to bring those components together under one engine.

I will be putting the source up once I have it in a stable state, but as I say most of what is in there is on this blog.

I am sure that Mike has ported the HM engine to XNA 3.0 now.

Cool! Glad you like it. The engine is no where near complete so what I might do is blog about it as I go and put up the code.
